My sister, Gracie, and I made 3 gallons of strawberry freezer jam yesterday. So, this is what we had for breakfast this morning.
You should try this while strawberries are in season (not for much longer). The recipes are in the Certo box...but for one gallon of strawberries you will need 2 boxes of Certo, 16 cups of sugar, and some lemon juice. Oh, and look who decided to climb up on the counter to help me after the biscuits were in the oven! :)

Oh I LOVE strawberry jam!! My mom's friend makes us some for 4th of July every year! Bethany patiently waits all year long for that jar of jam:)
